Online Delivery

How much does shipping cost and do you deliver to me?
We deliver nationwide across the UK, our flat-rate shipping charge is £4.99 excluding Northern Ireland. 

When can I expect to receive my order?
We dispatch Tuesdays and Thursdays via a next day delivery service through DPD. (Doesn't apply to public Holidays)

Please note due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, parcels may take longer to arrive [1-2 working day] due to courier delays.

 

My Order

Can I make changes to my order?
Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to make a change. 
If the order has been processed or shipped then we are unable to make changes to this.

How can I track the progress of my order?
All orders are dispatched using DPD next day delivery service, a tracking number will be provided by them directly. On the day of delivery, customers can expect to receive a one-hour time slot through text or email to confirm when the delivery will be attempted. 

What should I do if I miss my delivery?
In the circumstances that a delivery has been missed, please contact DPD directly to see when they are next able to deliver. There is also the option to have your order delivered to a safe place, a neighbour or DPD collection point should you happen to not be in at the time of delivery. Additionally, check the address you have provided and ensure it is correct. 

Rest assured that all of our products are baked and dispatched on the same day and will remain fresh for up to four days. 

There is an issue with my order
If you have any issues, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number on hand, along with details, including photographs of your issue and we shall look into this for you.
