Our Products

Dollies was started off by my sister and I from our mum’s kitchen and to this day we take pride in hand making each and every one of our products. Our range of treats are all freshly produced every morning with great care and attention to ensure the highest quality by our skilled team.

No, they do not. All of our products are free from alcohol.

All our products are suitable for vegetarians aside from our Piñata and M&M’s cookies which contain Carmine.

We have a range of products available that are suitable for vegans, these can be found in our online store and will be marked as ‘’Vegan’’.

Our products are produced in a kitchen which handles nuts and other allergens. We also have a number of nut-based products. Although care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, there may be trace amounts of allergens in our products. Due to this reason we would not recommend our products as being suitable for anyone with allergies.

Our products contain gluten and therefore are not suitable for a gluten-free diet.

Our products should be stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, at room temperature unless specified otherwise. They have a shelf-life of up to four days but are best enjoyed upon arrival.  

Most of our products can be frozen for up to six months and consumed at a later date.

Online Delivery

We deliver nationwide across the UK, our flat-rate shipping charge is £4.99 excluding Northern Ireland. 

We dispatch Tuesdays and Thursdays via a next day delivery service through DPD, please note due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control parcels may take longer to arrive [1-2 working days] due to courier delays.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and national holidays.

All orders are dispatched using DPD next day delivery service, a tracking number will be provided by them directly. On the day of delivery, customers can expect to receive a one-hour time slot through text or email to confirm when delivery will be attempted.

In the circumstances that a delivery has been missed, please contact DPD directly to see when they are next able to deliver. There is also the option to have your order delivered to a safe place, a neighbour or DPD collection point should you happen to not be in at the time of delivery. 

Rest assured that all of our products are baked and dispatched on the same day and will remain fresh for up to four days.

Our online store does not currently offer date selection, if you require delivery for a specific date then please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Order Help

If you would like to cancel your order or make any amendments, please inform us as soon as possible by email help@dolliescookies.co.uk with the subject header 

"Cancel Order #ordernumber" or "Amend Order #ordernumber". 

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to make any further changes.

We pride ourselves in offering exceptional customer service and will do our best to promptly rectify any problems.

Yes, we offer pick-ups from our production unit. Simply select this option when placing your order online. 

Please call us prior to arriving to ensure that we are able to complete your order, once confirmed you will be provided with a collection date and time.
